Meet the Founders

Paula

Hi I’m Paula, a menopausal, late diagnosed ADHD feral nature lover who struggles with rules and prefers to be outside amongst the wild things. I love foraging, rewilding my garden and all things magickal. I’m a coach and holistic therapist and a very vocal feminist, passionate about empowering other women.

Since I was a small child I loved all things nature based and magickal and like many of us could usually be found stirring some leaf filled potion in a bucket with a twig. My journey into spirituality and magick really began in my teens when I swapped my ’Smash Hits’ subscription for ‘Mind Body, Spirit’ magazine, obviously this was done in the broom closest for fear of judgement and rejection. I am now fully out of the broom closet and am a proud witch and barefoot tree hugger.

I have a deep love for plant magick, essential oils, candles, books and rituals. Throughout my thirties I trained with the VTCT as an holistic therapist and am a reiki master with over 25 years experience. My learning and healing journey continues although I now enjoy teaching and sharing my knowledge in groups, circles and one to one.

Sarah

Hi, I’m a busy mum of two young, lively, wild spirited boys and I have my ever supporting husband Rob always cheering me on and encouraging me to pursue my dreams and passions.

My mother is a holistic therapist and as a child she would practice her skills on me and my brother. I loved it so much that in my twenties I decided to train in aromatherapy and sports massage. I then worked part time as an holistic therapist alongside building my photography career. In my late twenties our new home renovations, marriage and then children took up all of my time and unfortunately holistic therapies were set aside while I focused on my family and my photography work. In 2023 I connected with Paula when she had a brand photoshoot with me, this reignited my passion for holistic therapies and natural wellbeing. We had many deep conversations about magick, energy and healing and I decided to train in Reiki, sound therapy and witchcraft.

Whilst I still passionately love the creativity of photography, reconnecting to ritual and magick has greatly helped my own healing journey. When my oldest son was three he was diagnosed autistic and this bought about a lot of change in my life. Not only learning how to support him, but also learning and understanding a lot about myself too. As most parents to neurodiverse children could tell you, it isn’t always easy and there can be times of trauma too. Being on the path to healing myself helps me be the best support to my family too.

Today, I work between Tiny Rituals, helping and supporting where I’m needed and with my photography, empowering female-led holistic businesses. My passion overall is helping women feel seen, confident, and aligned in the world. If you’d like to have a photoshoot or to know more please check out my website HERE.

For a long time I’ve known there was magick in nature and I care deeply about making a more eco-friendly, sustainable and slower paced lifestyle for us all. I embrace Tiny Rituals into my everyday living and family life and with that I feel I am on the path to finding a more peaceful, meaningful way of life.

We love to collaborate with like minded people, if you’d like to work with us or know more please get in touch!

Kind Words From Our Clients…

  • "We were welcomed into the most peaceful space by Paula. Surrounded by gentle lighting and subtle aroma, we made ourselves comfortable on the cushions provided, took some deep breaths to let go of the day. The evening was guided by Paula, and we shared some of our stories within the group, but there’s also no pressure to share anything if you don’t wish too. We talked about what we were balanced with and what we thought might need to come into alignment. We talked about thoughts and feelings for the time of year, about withdrawing and resting. There was even the most delicious mulled cider! I loved and appreciated every minute, and I was truly grateful for the experience."

  • "If I was to say Paula had changed my life; she would say I have changed my own life. In truth, it is a little of both. Paula gave me the tools, sat with me patiently and non-judgmentally to coach me through old thought patterns and reach for better patterns of behaviour. Her coaching style is warm, friendly and reassuring with a splash of gentle truths. For the very first time in 40+ years I felt seen and heard. I realised I was not alone and there were other women out there going through the same things as me. Paula seeing me helped me to see myself and to take steps to change my life for the better. I have finished my coaching with Paula, but I still regularly attend her women's circles to continue my growth. There you are met with a warm welcome and the purest of intentions. Women coming together in a safe space facilitated by Paula helps to keep me in tune with myself and with my fellow women, leaves my cup full and my soul singing."

  • “Insomnia has been a constant companion for years. Each night trying to round up those thoughts and worries in my mind only for them to escape in all directions to multiply. My solutions, though varied, didn't work. My daughter gave me a bottle of pillow spray. I gave it a go as I prefer the natural approach. A few sprays on the top of my pillow before bed and…sleep! Patchy sleep some nights and others straight through the night. I’m really happy with any form of night sleep. Give it a try, at the VERY least it smells nice!”

  • "I’ve known Paula for quite some time, when she first told me about the women’s circles herself and Sarah were organising I was keen to attend. Apprehensive, scared and nervous but also keen. They have far exceeded anything I thought possible, a village of like minded women, who are welcoming, supportive, friendly, funny and quite exceptional. All fears dissolve instantly as the energy and positivity that flows chases them away. We build each other up and support each other in a way women should, with no jealousy or competition, simply celebrating the growth and wins and supporting through the challenges of life, lifting each other however and whenever needed. I have found my tribe and I love it and them all and have developed what I know in my soul are life long friendships"

  • Wow, where do we start! From the beginning to the end of the Spring Equinox, we had the most incredible time. Chakra dancing, meditation, essential oils, yoga, reiki, and many more holistic treatments were on offer throughout the day. We had so much fun and laughed so hard with the most wonderful ladies we had the pleasure to meet. The lunch was delicious and just what was needed after a busy, energetic morning. All of the staff were amazing, friendly, kind, knowledgeable & empathetic. The list could go on. We highly recommend and we can't wait to attend our next one.
